created exclusively to produce and create events for the benefit
of the artistic community and for the enjoyment of public at large.

define "artistic" to mean the following, but not limited
to: dance, music, fine arts, theater, television and film.

company is engaged in contributing to the arts:
by creating
venues in which artists of all ages can present
and express their artistic works.
by providing
educational and training opportunities.

production work and volunteer opportunities for anyone
who may be interested in contriubting their time and expertise..
